What you can do though is take a look at the two options we have for smoke-colored replacement Ventline lids. Since you used the Over-Under Conversion Kit item # K71-385-00 you'll need two of the Lippert Bolt-On Shock Kit item # LC281281. This shock kit has 13-1/2" extended length shocks that are designed for 3" axles mounted below the leaf springs.

Most likely the old light had the light functions all separate whereas the LED Trailer Tail Light w/ Reflector and Bracket # 328-003-85L has the stop and turn functions on one wire. The first thing you'll need to do is determine the functions of the wires you have there. You can do this by connecting to the truck with your trailer's 7-way cable and then going through the functions (stop, turn, tail lights) and touching the wires with a tester # PTW2993 to see which light up.

The Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit part # 295-000019 is a universal entry door latch designed for a 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall cutout with a door thickness of 1-1/4" to 1-1/2". I called my contact at Lippert and based on the information on the pin box sticker you provided, your 2015 Jayco Eagle 323LKTS has a MORryde 1621-HD pin box.
The correct Reese Goose Box for your trailer is the # RP85FR which has the 20,000 lbs rating you mentioned and will be a direct replacement for your existing pin box without needing spacers or anything else.
I do however recommend adding safety chain kit # 49150 as it is required by law.

The Hollywood Racks RV Rider item # HLY64FR would be a great bike rack to use behind your Jayco Eagle 5th wheel. From the hitch pin hole to the center of the rack is 14-1/2" so you will have plenty of room for your 24" wide handle bars.
